Excellent help from Michael F today Helpful and courteous 6 for Michael 2 dropped for RMS itself for poor service advising new telephone numbers and machine updates

The service I have recevied from RMS

Still going with the RMS after two months but I have had an issue with the machine and my review is about Jamie who was asked to contact me to help with Machine issue I had only made one phone call after speaking to my local and Jamie was on the phone talking me through what I needed to do to clear and re-start the machine which has worked very well since Customer support like this is where I believe a company lives or dies And with this response patience and attitude they will survive Thank-you local rep and Jamie

Efficient Live Help Service

The service I have recevied from RMS hasn t been great until I spoke to Ash and Adila most recently They were both very competent in their job and managed to resolve an ongoing issue promptly

Problem solved

I had been trying to contact the suport team through email in the month of January as I was our of the country and my staff reported an issue with the card terminal not working Protracted response times with no solutions being offered left me to make contact only after returning to the UK Spencer was quick to solve my issue and would highly recommend the Live Help

I was having problems getting authorisation for a transaction which resulted in being passed from RMS to Elavon both insisting it was the others responsibility Until fortunately Kareema Mohammed grasped the issue by the horns and said I am going to sort this out for you And through sheer perseverance she did Well done Kareema

We have been using RMS for several years with no problems We had a technical issue with our terminal No answer on phone or email but there was a post on their website saying they were experiencing problems Received an email apologising for delay in response and to use webchat feature on their website Issue couldn t be resolved online but their phone helpline is now working and the issue was sorted out in under 10 minutes They have employed extra staff to answer sort all problems

Had a problem setting up my new terminal and spoke to a support member He talked me through the process of setting the terminal up and troubleshooting any problems at the same time A simplistic approach that was easy to follow and configure the terminal

Ashraf was the most helpful in the whole of RMS with the 4 years of being with them this passed year was the worst as when they moved to elavon bank the machine kept going offline on schedule or down I would recommend takepayments great rates and no dropping offline

I have used RMS for many years and have always been happy with their service Recently I moved premises and was experiencing problems reconnecting my card machine After an 18 minute telephone conversation with Dan who talked me through the process clearly and concisely I was up and running again Brilliant

Really helpful chap named Melvin on the phone We had no broadband at our business and needed some help getting our PDQ machines moved into the 3G network Without Melvin s help we d have lost a load of money due to not being able to take card payments
