Had a few issues with our billing statements not been sent then we were over charged for two months despite a few phone calls to try and sort it out However we finally spoke to Dan who was very efficient and thorough getting our statements emailed across and sorting out our refund he also kept us updated by email as to what was happening and kept in touch so he knew when our money had been paid Very helpful polite and a pleasure to speak to Thanks again Dan
