Great place to shop online

Shopped from the sale clearance section and prices were excellent Bought a rear wheel for a road bike and it exceeded my expectations Shipping was somewhat fast but the box used to package the wheel was some sort of reused cardboard from another product It didn t fit properly and could have caused damage to the product while in transit Still a great place to shop for bike parts Highly recommended

Excellent Service

Bike arrived earlier that expected and was packed well I had one small issue with a cage bolt not fully tightening but after several chats with customer service and one of the mechanics Ribble sent some longer bolts free of charge that solved the issue The ordering process was simple even using a Cycle 2 Work voucher and I am more than happy with my purchase

Great spec bike at fantastic price

The bike I have ordered is at a price that would be expected for a non assist The 105 Shimano groupset and 12 speed cassette show that Ribble are not cutting corners with the components like a lot of companies Quality throughout at a great price

Great value Selecting and customising the bike order was very simple And amazing that it was a human being not an AI bot at the end of the Ribble helpline And a very helpful human being too Despatch date just 3-4 weeks so not too long to contain my excitement

100 Positive experience The item purchased was on sale for less than half the price I could find anywhere else I was a bit concerned that this was too good to be true I made the purchase anyhow and it turned I out I needn t have worried at all cause Ribble shipped the item to me and I had it in 4 days Absolute top class thank you

Website very easy to negotiate option of an advisor to actually speak with if you wanted or needed to Product was genuine at a very good competitive price whilst the communication was excellent on delivery times etc Can t fault thank you
