Avoid at all costs if you an actually want to receive the goods you paid for I ordered my bike 8th October with an original date of 21st November given for delivery When I email them for an update as the next rescheduled delivery date approaches I get the impression they are irritated that I am enquiring about the goods I am constantly given the reason they are awaiting the frame which is delayed due to quality control checks etc They have said they will discuss courtesy compensation when the bike arrives - but when will that be I no longer believe a word they say I merely want the bike I ordered almost 5 months ago - the bike I ordered is now on sale and giving an estimated delivery date in the next week - which is incredibly misleading They say the date is confirmed when order made and may be different in my case different delayed around 6 times I was really excited about this bike when I ordered but I have to say I can t see it will ever arrive cherry on the top of my disappointment will be an email telling me they have liquidated

When purchasing my bike the guys in the shop were good You in the other hand are annoying If you knew anything about your customers you would be aware I have not yet picked my bike up due to its early delivery I understood it to be ready mid February I am out if the country at the moment Therefore I cannot give a full review

Ribble sent the wrong size bike The bike is a Al gravel Hero xs Xs size states 5 3 to 5 6 I am 5 6 and have 30 inside leg the crossbar was in contact with my crotch when standing I would love to see a 5 3 person sit on this bike It arrived on a Saturday I have emailed twice and spent 22 mins on live chat with no response After 40 mins finally got a response of return and refund no choice to change size The whole experience has been disappointing to say the least

Only an order for 2 tyre levers has taken 7 days and still not arrived this includes a ridiculous postal cost to finish things off get a review email before the product has arrived

After ordering and paying for my bike I have been led a merry dance I was told my bike would be delivered from the 5th of march 2024 on the 5th I received a call from Ribble saying they can t find my address A delaying tactic who knows I am disabled and rely on deliveries for most purchases and I ve never had problems before On the 8th of March I get an email informing me my bike is dispatched and given a tracking number for a courier company I ve never heard off not Parcel Force as they claim on the website after discovering the tracking number isn t active i tried to get clarity by contacting Ribble via livechat I was given a number for the courier so I called them They were very helpful but informed me they hadn t received the bike from Ribble this is 3 days after being told it was dispatched I waited 2 more days and no change so I phoned customer service to ask where the bike was as the courier still doesn t have it Only to be asked what number I called what then told they would do exactly what I ve already done and phone the courier and get back to me not helpful and my query where is my bike remains unanswered and the customer service number doesn t work after 1 00pm I m not happy that I ve had to chase whether my bike is ready when it s dispatched and when to expect delivery I m still none the wiser but more frustrated and despondent about dealing with Ribble No texts as promised to keep me informed about this purchase I m just disappointed as I had high hopes and have saved for years to be able to afford this purchase nearly 2 grand If things are resolved from this point with minimum fuss I will amend this review but the expected 5star experience is now sadly unattainable

I ve had a bad time dealing with Ribble They put their prices up while I was waiting for my cycle 2 work voucher to arrive then told me to buy a less expensive bike over 19 as the voucher was short Update Ciaran Barnard Tom have my phone number and I ve been asking for a call for nearly a week to resolve

Reached out to Ribble via email and phone to inquire about tracking and estimated delivery but received no response Lesson learned sometimes it s worth paying a bit more to support your local bike shop

Ordered online and when it arrived the lever for the dropper post was completely different than in the website pictures The lever was cheap and was missing one of the clamps covers to clamp it to the bars I contacted ribbles customer service with pictures and its been several days with no response back I definitely would not use this company or do business with them in the future

Waited months for my ebike finally arrived and has been great for two years Followed all advice on battery care etc battery at 100 for ride on Friday charged as usual on Saturday but completely dead on Sunday Contacted Ribble for help and advice The answer 750 to replace battery Great Really don t bother Bike has done 500 miles

Terrible customer service reading from a script offering no level of customer service Placed an order that was cancelled I tried to reorder Was assured I just needed to wait 24 hours and reorder The bike I ordered never was relisted The customer service team cannot take orders or change orders or do anything useful So they have lost my custom Avoid
