Received my bike after it having to be resprayed a number of times On receipt despite choosing the Victory Gold custom colour the decals and the paint spray on down tube are far from matching Got told the decal wasn t metallic and that s why it clearly is metallic I ve sent photos rmhad WhatsApp chats and generally been fobbed off For an expensive bike I d recommend others to look elsewhere

The Birmingham showroom staff and great very helpful in sizing bike and walking through the order process Bike arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately the rear gear mechanism isn t working Notified them but 24 hours later still waiting for anyone to contact me Terrible customer service given the cost of the bike

Chain didn t even come in a box was wrapped in paper and 5quid delivery was steep

The bike I got is a lovely bike - top quality and lovely design However the assembly was a nightmare No instructions and guidance as to how going about getting it ride ready Had to go to a bike mechanic to get it set up which cost me another 20 Very disappointing considering what I paid for the bike

Took a long time to come then arrives in a generic box not shimano branded also cam with gear cable at least 3 inches too short Part works fine service disapointing

I placed an order for some components which I later wished to cancel However there is no way to edit or cancel orders via the Ribble website My emails to the customer support team have gone unanswered and due to the 13 hour time difference between the UK and NZ the Live Chat service is not available when I am awake This is really frustrating I won t be using Ribble again

I was notified about my delivery date but I was out of the country when the bike was due to be delivered I notified the courier to inform them and yet they still attempted to deliver whilst I wasn t there They ended up handing the bike to a neighbour which I wasn t happy about There were no instructions or manual on setting up the bike There was a lot of info about the use of the battety but nothing about the actual bike set up which I found disapointing

Went into Ribble store in Bristol to order a new frame following advice Order placed by staff in store The wrong frame colour was ordered for delivery to store Frame colour wasn t specified on either emails or through the order s tab of the website so was only confirmed incorrect when I attended to pick up the frame Frame sent back to Ribble for exchange and when I contacted the online help service to confirm and ask whether this could be expedited given the mistake made by the store I was blamed for the incorrect order and told nothing could be done Very disappointed

The product looks great They have good staff in their stores who really help choosing the right bike The issue for me was trying to make the purchase The staff in the shop are not on commission so they have no interest either way The website is reasonable to navigate but when I tried to purchase the buy button didn t work They was no error message I have to go back and try to enter each piece of info without autofill helping me After all of that and after paying thousands of pounds I wasn t issued with a detailed receipt confirming my choices Going back to the website to look at my order I can t see the configuration of my purchase It doesn t feel right and isn t what I expect when parting with a chunk of cash in one go I also thought they could have been open to showing the fact they charge 49 delivery regardless before you get to the payment page The delivery looks like it will be with Parcelforce I m so worried that Parcelforce will damage the bike too Not my best decision I have my fingers crossed

ordered on the 19th simple order with three small items Paid 7 for shipping and handling the order has yet to be sent as of the 26th Was buying parts for an old bike which I was planning to replace with a brand new frame from Ribble but if they cant even pack up and post pedals grip tape in a week then i ll give them a miss
