Good dayAs a family we would like to thank Sophie at Romans Lower Earley for all her help from the beginning to the day we received our keys for the house She would call us or email us to keep us updated of the progress excellent service 100 we cannot thank Sophie enough

Great job Romans particularly Kim and Sam but all are stars

Kim Stockley Sam Morton and the wider team are excellent I have rented for 5yrs in Windsor and felt well looked after by the team It helps that I am not a problem tenant and have a responsive landlady The team are always very helpful and have been great ever since I handed my notice in Special shout out to Kim for working late on the day I served notice and to Sam for organising the viewings around my move my pet and busy lifestyle

After weeks of struggling to find a new place to call home we stumbled across one of Romans properties We were so fortunate to have Nathan who guided us through the viewing and application process in detail We ve experienced renting but never have had such a positive process with an agency agent so we were incredibly pleased with his transparency and attentiveness The Tilehurst branch should be very pleased to have such a great representative on their team who sincerely cares about tenant wellbeing Thank you ever so much

Romans in particular Nathan were excellent in helping me get a place to live in Tilehurst The rest of the team were very helpful when I needed to sort paperwork out and get everything in order I highly recommend Nathan and the Romans team
