Excellent service I have received from Most of the staffs working in Romans Amy is one of them who is responding very quickly for my Emails Highly recommend

This would be a 5 star as our move manager Catherine was brilliant helpful responsive patient However it is 4 as I wouldn t use Lifetime legal again as they basically just sell my business and would rather find my own solicitor The solicitors on both sides where slow and didn t give any feedback that maybe the norm but 7 months to sell a property to tenants already living there is crazy Lifetime legal as a the concept sounds great but underneath the hood the service needs checking monitoring auditing governing somewhere by Romans To be honest just ask the move manager she will tell you I personally think the move managers have the best view on which solicitors are good or bad So is this review a reflection on Romans as a whole I d say no this review is a reflection of an individual who works at Romans that said the experiences of the selling team was also good and have nothing to complain about dealing with the Romans teams both selling and lettings

Romans were pretty good I am a first time buyer so I don t have any previous experience to compare things but I felt overall they were good

Amy was very understanding and helpful She replied very quickly and thoroughly to all my queries I especially appreciated her help in clarifying practices in renting in England and little tips on how to approach looking for properties without getting overwhelmed

I would like to partition my review in two parts -1 The initial property manager for the flat I was renting Jamie Harper was very unresponsive He wouldn t answer calls and would only respond to emails if I copied a bunch of other people on them It was mostly impossible to get any repair work done from Jamie A simple bathroom door latch fix took more than three months The living room balcony door was broken This was letting cold air in and made the living room uninhabitable in the winter I chased Jamie on this for more than a month with no progress Luckily for me Jamie went on vacation without doing any work on this which was when this was assigned to Donna-Marie Brant 2 When Donna-Marie Brant was assigned as the property manager for my flat I had been waiting on a critical repair for more than a month She made quick progress in understanding the gravity of the situation and coordinated very well with all concerned parties to get the work done She was very transparent about where the bottleneck was and how she was expediting the process She got the work done in a couple of weeks of her involvement Overall I m very happy with her transparency and speed of functioning

Lorraine Eivers was fantastic Quick replies and always keeping us updated not sure what we would have done without her

Incredibly professional very quick to respond to any queries and offered very helpful advice when asked for Confusions were cleared up very quickly as well Very dependable

I have always found the staff at Romans extremely helpful especially Stacey Cowap who always answers emails very promptly I have a fully managed service which means that any issues are dealt with by Stacey or one of her colleagues and they have a large number of vetted tradespeople at their disposal My only criticism would be the extra charges they apply in addition to the management fee but on the whole very happy with the service

They have been very fast professional and friendly to talk to currently having a great experience had viewing the day the property went live

Anais payne has been a great help with helping me and my partner secure our flat She s very quick to answer any questions we ve had We have been with romans since September last year they have always been professional and helpful
