Lower Earley branch - We cannot fault Joshua for his professionalism and expertise once we had found our next family home He was consistent in his approach and explained the process and next steps well He was on the ball when marketing our property too and remained polite and courteous throughout Unfortunately things didn t work out as our personal circumstances meant we had to withdraw early on in the process but we were impressed with the way Joshua dealt with it all He really is a breath of fresh air and we are grateful

Adam Joshua in particular have been amazing through this very tumultuous journey over the last 13 months Can t forget Ollie in the earlier days and Izzy for a while too - all of whom helped us navigate a very difficult sale We really appreciate all the hard work and effort they put in to selling our property and I m sure are just as glad as we are to have finally exchanged contracts As much as I enjoyed working with them I m equally glad that this will soon be over

We were recently looking for a flat in Bristol as our current landlord had sold the one we were living in forcing us to move We had looked at lots held by different estate agents Reuben Hotchkiss at Romans in Clifton Bristol showed us round the one we ended up renting He was punctual professional and knowledgeable Despite being short-staffed in his office with a large workload he was attentive and thorough in his advice following up quickly on queries All the checks were done in time and we were able to move in on schedule What could have been a stressful process wasn t I m very grateful

Thoroughly impressed The effort Ayse Yerlikaya put into making this a quick and very easy process is sincerely appreciated She went out of her way to make sure both us as tenants as well as the landlord get what they desire At times she worked until the late hours of the evening to ensure our offer is received by the landlord Well done and keep it up

Wonderful service

I went for a viewing for a student property through Romans The agent Saffron was very friendly and approachable She showed us around the house and answered all of our questions well and in detail Romans are exceptional with communication - they answer calls and queries quickly and efficiently
