Vasco has been so helpful in guiding us through the start of our selling journey from advising us about EPC certs and helping us to download an app to process ID He also arranged an amazing set of photographs which we are so pleased with The property only went live yesterday so we can only wait and see The main thing we appreciate from Vasco is that is keeps us informed on a regular basis Many thanks again

We have had the pleasure both of letting and then selling our property through Romans - and the service we have had on both counts has been exemplary Christine and her lettings team were absolutely meticulous in handling the various housekeeping issues which arose when we were renting out our house When the time came to sell Alice and Jordan on the estate agency side of the business were most professional and helpful and at all times on top of the whole process of managing the sale We remain extremely grateful to them for the excellent service we received
