Ron Brooks Mansfield - an absolute pleasure

I bought a used Nissan Qashqai from Ron Brooks Mansfield and it was an absolute pleasure Mark is such a lovely salesman he made the process so easy answered all our questions and even sorted out an interior light issue First class service from the moment we were welcomed into reception to courtesy calls to check we were happy after we got home I would definitely go back or recommend to friends and family

Great experience from start to finish Had an excellent experience at Ron Brooks Mansfield Was greeted with a smile which is always a bonus Explained what I was looking for to the receptionist then she went to fetch Steve Cannot fault the service I received from Steve nothing was too much trouble He made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision He answered all of my questions there was a lot Handover of my new vehicle went smoothly and I could not be happier with my new car Would definitely recommend

Amazing experience at Derby branch

This review relates to Ron Brooks Derby John Lord and everybody we came across when we visited the showroom were fantastic Very welcoming no sales pressure and I was given time to think about my purchase They helped me purchase the best car to suit my needs and not just sell me a car The after sales service has been top notch too I would have no hesitation in recommending anybody to the Derby branch

Really gr6eat experience at Ron Brooks Mansfield gthe entire team are friendly and welcoming in to the showroom and was even offered a hot chocolate whilst we wait for a salesman Steve was great and understood our needs and thoroughly went through everything which made the purchase even more relaxing and satisfying Great friendly customer service which was equally matched by the after sales service we received all week after receiving the car Really pleased with the purchase and everything is explained on the Toyota app which makes understand the car and its hybrid performance even clearer Thanks Toyota and especially to Steve who made our journey with Toyota a pleasurable one Loving our new car Nikki Rekha
