Efficient service from RxSport but poor courier performance

RxSport dispatched the item quickly and dealt with a delivery issue efficiently My only criticism is the use of DPD for the next day delivery service as the item was not delivered next day on the first attempt and returned to RxSport and then not delivered next day on the second attempt and took a week to arrive in total It would be better to use a more reliable delivery service

Fair price and good choices Superbly wrapped and presented well Good experience overall Only criticism was the time of arrival which took longer than most Would recommend though

I bought a pair of prescription Oakleys

I bought a pair of prescription Oakleys RX were great and the lens are fine only the Oakleys are a bit small disappointing when spending 250 Any way of checking sizing would be good

Very good for cycling through sun then shade constant 30 is just right Very lightweight Somewhat expensive but what I needed

Unfortunately there were various problems with the manufactor of my spectacles but RX Sport kept me up to date with what was happening After waiting a couple of months they were finally delivered and I am extremely happy with my purchase

Easy Order Quick Delivery

Ordering process was easy delivery was as promised One small hitch was that the colour of glasses I ordered was not correct RxSport offered to exchange but chose to keep to avoid the hassle of returning

Great service

Great service on time delivery and quality of product is good It is frustrating that those of us who must have prescription lenses have to pay so much for them The investment in machinery should be amortised over thousands of pairs and not treated like a premium product with a premium price All brands do the same thing

A good service from a company that keeps a good stock

The Oakley lens arrived quickly The only point I would make is about the product As the Oakley photochromic lens was not far short of 100 I was disappointed to see a very small manufacturing blemish at the very bottom of the lens It won t interfere with vision but I was surprised that Oakley released it for sale

Product was what was ordered and delivered one time Lost a star as I did email as it was a gift to ask about including a note and also had the incorrect name of the recipient but was not responded to of r that I received anyway

Second Pair Of Oakley Line Miners

Having bought the Oakley Line Miner L snow google from RX sport I was over the moon with what I received I was so happy with the item and the service that it gave me the confidence to buy a second pair Again the second item was sent and received in a timely manner the google came in an Oakley soft case nice touch the google itself was in a soft cloth case which is used to clean the lense itself This time around I chose the Line Miner L white goggle frame and strap and the Prizm Garnet lense I got exactly what I asked for and once again I m super happy I can t fault the service the products and as an Oakley fan I shall be returning to buy some sun glasses for Cycling as well Great job RX Sport
