Fantastic customer service

I ordered a Scott react goggles and there was an extremely minor issue with it I was reluctant to call as I didn t feel like it would be something the Rx sport would do anything about but I decided to call anyway What a fantastic experience Spoke to Nathan who listened to my embarrassingly minor concerns and promptly checked other similar items in the stock while I was on the phone They then arranged to send a new item out and a link for sending the old one back and it was all extremely slick and trouble free I would definitely come back to these guys if I needed anything else in the future and I would recommend Rx sport

It s been a long time since I had such helpful service and great returns procedures After speaking to them via chat I was advised to order 2 possible helmets I tried and returned the other in the same half box that they came in and the return cost just 2 50 Brilliant

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - I was worried I had ordered too late and wasn t sure if they would arrive in time but the team were so helpful and really worked hard to get my order to me - just give yourself plenty of time with ordering - especially during busy winter season Goggles and inserts themselves were excellent - really impressed with the quality

Great prescription ski googles

Really pleased with my prescription ski googles the lenses are an insert so can be used between multiple pairs of goggles which is great Very helpful customer service Thank you

Great service from RX Sport had a pair

Great service from RX Sport had a pair of Oakley Crosslink with an old prescription Contacted RX Sport who were really helpful and happy for me to send in my glasses for new lenses Would recommend have used them previously with great success for the same pair of glasses on an old prescription some years back and previously they have sorted me out with a pair of Wiley X prescription transitional lenses of tactical applications All round great service

Fantastic service from RXSport Website easy to follow for ordering I input the wrong numbers for my presription was concerned that i may have ended up with the wrong lenses but a quick email to clarify my error - I had a prompt response from customer service to say they had corrected my prescription Great lenses quick turnaround Highly recommend
