The glasses we received did not fit they don t rest on the nose We provided pictures precise measurements and paid 370 yet the glasses are now of little use to us While the customer service has been good the outcome is disappointing I asked why they didn t offer the Asian-fit version of the glasses considering my wife is Thai and this option does exist It would have been helpful if they had informed us of the potential risk that the standard version might not fit well for Asians Updated review from the effort RXSport customer support are making 13 Sept 2024 Once the 2 star review was written within a day I received an email and a request to call them I twice but as I am in Switzerland waiting on the line was expensive Anyway they kindly ordered pads I believe which are on their way and the response below is nice because it shows they care I selected RX Sport because they seemed customer focused which this shows they are Hence I have updated the review to 4 stars Five stars would be a perfect solution which is probably unlikely due to the description given by the RX support team

I have previously bought from RXSPORT and have been very happy with the service However this purchase didn t go as smoothly as it could The initial lenses were dispatched but didn t arrive at RX however there didn t seem to be a process in place cross checking orders and deliveries and chasing up anomalies When I chased up my order and Danielle got involved things progressed somewhat However I do think that this job was one of those where if it could go wrong it would RX offered adequate compensation for the problems And I am happy with my glasses

Phillipa was absolutely fantastic and helping me through the process and deciding which lenses to get and she couldn t have been more helpful efficient and organised as we as just being really nice Great staff and always had a good experience I reduced 1 star as Oakley sent the wrong frame colour on the invoice and emails it was right but they sent black I sent them back to RX who replaced within days So not their fault but maybe they could have checked them first

It was great product is great Only reason for it to not be 5 stars is because it was delivered wrapped in bubble wrap For the price it could have any simple case but a bubble wrap

After I had entered my own prescription values incorrectly when placing my order online I had the opportunity to test the customer service response when I complained that I couldn t see clearly with the new glasses Throughout the course of numerous emails I did find that the person dealing with my query was at all times helpful informative and polite It was my mistake - but they did do their best to assist me and arranged replacements - at cost Very fair in the circumstances
