Disgusting No items no stock had to buy another set of uniform and didn t get a refund for this Claim they sent a refund through paypal when I paid through credit card and don t have paypal Been ignored from there I will be ringing trading standards as imagine how many parents they are leaving out of pocket

Non-Existent Customer Service
Ordered on the 15th July well before the cut off for the new term my child s very first day at school so have no previous uniform to use Not received order still says processing which from their FAQs section suggests not even in production and getting no response from any emails at all What sort of business that caters for thousands of schools doesn t have a telephone number Have fed back to the school and i just really hope they use a different provider going forward

If you need uniform for September make sure you order in January Terrible service and no phone contact either A school uniform provider who simply doesn t care whether you have your order by September is unacceptable A simple update would be very much appreciated

To get an email from customer services stating they won t speak to customers unless it s via email - is terrible How a Company with such bad reviews and such a scant regard for customers can still be allowed to be on public sector procurement list shows is shocking Parents need to tell their schools to change supplier

Awful Never in my life have I had to deal with a company who s taken my money taken my order yet has no phone number and takes well over 3 days to respond to emails As many others it s my sons first day of reception next week and he s going to be attending in a hand me down sweatshirt from the school I have also raised a formal complaint with my school regarding this matter My mother in law happens to own a printing business and she said there s no reason whatsoever why you should be relying on one wholesaler alone if you are having issues with stock

The company is a joke If they haven t got the ability to fulfill orders within 28 days they shouldn t be in business My daughter has waited for her order 2 MONTHS resulting in her little girl starting reception with a hastily shop bought alternative Most of the children in her class are also still waiting Their service is disgusting and I don t believe these 5 star reviews on here either especially ones saying quick service COMPANY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED only awarded 1 star because you can t give a ZERO

Awful Poor communication Ordered sons jumper July-still has not arrived Emailed numerous times no answer Don t know where my sons jumper is or why it hasn t arrived or if it even will arrive Money has been taken of course and 4 p p which is a joke as still not here Awful experience Son is in school with no uniform

Looks like I am having the same issue as others My son starts reception class on monday and despite ordering the uniform before my other children even finished school on 10th july nearly 2months ago we still have no uniform No contact number only email After sending many emails which were ignored I finally recieved an apology however this gave me no timescale only told they were waiting on supplies Surely they have had some since July I am fuming My son still has no uniform other than the few bits I could buy locally Deverstated I shall be complaining to school and as a parent governor I think they will be losing our schools business

Avoid at all costs - shocking customer service
Ordered in good time pre-school holidays and still waiting my order have chased twice and no emails or replies Really concerned my little one will be starting school without her uniform - they take the money no way of phoning them and no updates or customer service even though website says will be delivered in 28 days This is truly shocking and takes advantage of parents Avoid at all costs

Unable to deliver uniform for the start of term forcing me to buy alternative uniform elsewhere Would not allow order to be cancelled even though they did not start processing it until after the statutory 30 days as per distance selling regulations Took over six weeks to deliver and now have double the amount of uniform Customer service was non-existent Avoid Avoid Avoid Also don t buy via PayPal as this offers no protection
