Jumpers are really bad quality compared

Jumpers are really bad quality compared to the supermarkets Only after a few weeks they have shrank in the wash and bobbled really badly I d expect this after months of ware not 5 weeks

Worst experience ever

Worst experience everI ordered for a jumper for my son in September and up until April it had not been delivered all I got after sending emails to follow up on the delivery was goods are still out of order Was very disappointed and had to cancel the order after 7 months of waiting in vain Made the same order in July and it was delivered in just weeks Not a happy customer at all My son spent the whole winter and spring with out a school jumper

I have previously purchased items from school trends which were of a great standard I recently purchased a t shirt with lettering and it started to fall off after the first wash I have had to hand sew the lettering back into the t shirt to secure it Disappointed

I have tried to organise a replacement

I have tried to organise a replacement order however School Trends do not do this I ow ha e to pay postage on an order that is wrong to return it and wait 10 working g days for a refund All they tell you is make another order in the mean time This is extremely unfair especially with the way things are at the minute I do not have another 70 to spend whilst I m waiting god knows how long to get my money back

Jumper and bag logo very disappointing

Price you pay for jumper with logo on wow arms far to long body short ad school bag ok but only has logo on at school name for price you pay definitely won t be getting no more uniform from here

Would not recommend

I placed at an order at the end of May for two jumpers and one t-shirt all logo d It said online 21 days delivery and I hadn t received any email by this time so I emailed to chase They told me they ve got supplier issues with the product but will send it out as soon as they have it I asked when this would be but they just said it will be soon but we can t say when I cancelled the order and got a refund but if they re experiencing delays then this should be on their website before you order Judging by the other reviews it s not uncommon I would not use again and I don t think my local school should promote to use them either

Items were as described Very expensive compared to other named school uniform I ve bought from elsewhere Alas I have no other options than get from here Just buy plain from a supermarket Shipping was expensive and ridiculously slow I never expect to wait up to a month for school uniform- again not had this before at previous named school uniform shops Buy way in advance of ordering lastly I m only writing this review as I m sick of getting emails over and over to review Hopefully this will stop now

Poor experience overall

Delivery time frame was stated but even made to order nearly 4 weeks was a little extreme Order has arrived - the sleeves on the jumper are so out of proportion for an 11 12 year old it s unreal I d estimate the sleeve length would be suitable for 7 8 at best Will be returning for a refund

Very Late Delivery

Ordered items 38 days ago Products still haven t arrived Was told to expect 28 days turn around time for logoed products However I was then told the polo shirts were out of stock after I chased them up after 28 days Also told when chased up that the items had been dispatched on day 31 they still haven t arrived Trying for a refund Edited Items did arrive the day after writing this review Products were of satisfactory quality
