Placed an order on 1st august stillawaiting order and son starts school next week I ve tried emailed requested a call back phoned a telephone number automated message apparently no longer manned and messaged on Instagram - run out of ways of contacting their customer services It seems as though I ve just lost my money and will have to hope another company can help due to this companies incompetence

No uniform and no contact
My wife ordered school uniform a month ago We haven t received it and the company are not responding to emails They have no phone number so you can t check whether they will eventually send the order or just keep your money Feels like a scam We spent over 100 with them and now have had to order from somewhere else Do not use this company

Company does not respond to emails
Writing this review in an attempt at getting a response as I can t seem to get one via email Ordered daughter s school jumper in the middle of August Tried contacting twice first email no response second email had an auto response saying that this companies email inbox is full therefore the email can t be sent What kind of operation is this No telephone number to call no response from emails and no contact after confirmation email Their 21 day timescale is approaching if not past I just want to know how much longer I can expect to wait Personally judging by experience so far I wouldn t recommend this company There are two companies that provide uniform for my daughter s school and it would seem I picked the wrong one If you order something from a company the least you expect is either a customer service contact number or a response to emails

We placed an order 42 days ago 3 emails which they haven t answered 3 phone calls which they didn t phone back after saying they would School starts in days crock of shxt The above picture is the delivery company they used showing a supposed attempted delivery Do not buy from these people Thanks for reaching out You have refunded my money already However that doesn t excuse the incompetence of what happened

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service took a month for the order to even be processed so I had to buy a back up plain uniform for my autistic son s new school One that has now been ripped to shreds but due to me spending a significant amount on the logo uniform I was hesitant to buy more I was told my parcel was finally out for delivery only for it to be updated as delivered and an image of a randomFront door with no card posted through my door I was at home to receive the parcel Contacted the delivery company who confirmed the delivery address didn t match mine I have now sent several emails to school trends requesting that the issue be rectified or that I be duly refunded which have all been ignored of course there is no phone number to contact on due to the mass incompetence of the company It baffles me why the school have chosen this website as the only method of obtaining uniform quite honestly An infuriating start to a new school year and a new beginning with a new school an issue I never even fathomed when choosing the school for my child update delivery went to the wrong address on my street despite the address being correct on my order confirmation wasn t told until over a week later and the neighbour said they hadn t received a package requested a full refund and still haven t heard back a week later

Very poor customer service I have emailed a number of times over the last 4-6 weeks and you have not got back to me I will be writing a review on here everyday until I recieve a reply a phone call of an apology and refunded for the first order that was incorrectly made Own up to you mistakes Never again will i order via this site Lets see if I get a quicker response on here

Why does the delivery take so long
Very poor customer service they do not respond to emails and don t have a phone number you can call Said to wait 21 days for delivery but this has now passed

If I could give zero stars I would
Unfortunately I had to give 1 star as it s the lowest but honestly I wouldn t give that I ordered school jumpers at the end of July in plenty of time for starting school they arrived in August and 1 jumper had a large what looks like permanent marker stain on the back which I cannot get out I emailed various times and reached out on social media and finally got a reply over 1 month later They said they d process an urgent replacement for the jumper which in my eyes a replacement is like for like It arrived on Wednesday 2nd October and it was a cardigan I emailed straight away and forwarded the email to the other email address yesterday to cover all bases and haven t received a reply to either yet they seem quick to reply to feedback the same day on here The experience has been unprofessional from start to finish by the time I hopefully receive this replacement jumper it will have been almost 3 months

I only gave 1 star because trust pilot
I only gave 1 star because trust pilot wouldn t let me give less So we ordered our uniform in the middle of August and to date we have still not had our order No communication from the company and ended up doing a charge back through my credit card company to reclaim the funds We had to scrabble around various companies to get some uniform for our son because supplies were running low by the time school started and it was clear we were not getting our order I will NEVER use this company again our child will go through school using generic uniform

Disgusting behaviour from this company Received items and the logo has peeled off pretty much immediately Got in contact and was told it was a bad batch The printing is done by YOU Was told we are getting new shipment but it has been weeks Hoping to get charge back from the credit card company DO NOT USE THEM READ THE REVIEWS
