Easy to order online but

Easy to order online Don t have any choice as to where to shop as this is the only place available with our school logo Had to wait a long time for delivery my last order was over 4 months Ordered in Oct and didn t arrive until Feb Thankfully this order was quicker this time Not the best quality the colour soon fade and jumpers seem to shrink

very long turnaround time ordered my items mid july and it is september in three days and am yet to recieve my items

Unfortunately the item ordered was not what was required I returned in the post but the postage was almost the same as the item Disappointing there is no freepost or less expensive returns system

Delivery problem

Order was no problem but the delivery was very disappointing Specifically asked for it to be left with the neighbours if not in it even said it on a package But Royal Mail completely ignored it and left it all day by the front door Anyone could have taken it The uniform is pretty expensive so not happy about it at all School trends should get someone else to deliver

Marginally better than ordering last

Marginally better than ordering last time due to the fact the jumpers didn t take 18 weeks to arrive this time However they are still blisteringly expensive and I refuse to buy more They fall apart- especially the cuffs Poor quality

No reply to email

School Trends never replied to my email about sizing and this information was not available on their website for the item I needed to order I therefore had to guess what size to order luckily it was fine when it arrived Delivery charge was quite high for a basic Royal Mail delivery

Good customer service - easy website to use navigate Delivery times honest T - shirts ordered 9 months ago are very bobbly Would love the option of paying for initials to be added to school branded clothing

I do not like that the uniform does not

I do not like that the uniform does not go in the tumble dryer The order also took a long time and arrive I was also disappointed I have to pay for home delivery rather than it being free back to the school
