A very disappointed customer Your customer service is complete

Your customer service is complete rubbish I tried to contact your company by phone email for three day s hearing your endless recorded messages saying to wait for the next available agent You talk the talk but do not walk the walk If you had put updated information out it would have least eased the frustration Having recommended your company to my brother in law Very disappointing

I ordered 1000 litres of kerosene on

I ordered 1000 litres of kerosene on the 7th Dec 2022 and did not get delivery until 23rd Dec 2022 They sent me 4 texts on 4 different dates telling me my fuel would be delivered next day but it never arrived I called them many times asking why it never came with no truthful answers until the 22 nd Dec saying it would be tomorrow finally it was delivered and Xmas was enjoyed

phones never answered

I am trying to arrange the annual service under the Boiler Shield contract But they never answer the phone and don t call back as promised After 32 minutes on hold they cut me off After another twenty minutes on hold I gave up for now Let s see if they reply to my email Scottish Fuels read this review and asked me to send details which I did Do you think they bothered to contact me No So I have docked them another star It s more than 24 hours since I gave them all my details and they have not even acknowledged my email Customer Service had promised to escalate and have a senior cal me within twentfour hours but that was on Friday after I had called the number for England I live in Scotland

I am not a customer of yours yet you keep sending me emails even though I have asked you to stop I live in Houston TX in the United States and am obviously not purchasing anything from your company Take me off of your mailing list

If your boiler breaks they re nowhere to be seen

Having switched to them for our boiler services I reached out to them when our boiler was no longer working I requested a call back several times and was left on hold for a huge amount of time With no heating or water I had to switch to another company Likely won t be long until I switch our oil supply now To never return someone s call is just unacceptable

The order was cancelled twice and I nearly ran out of fuel It took a month to get my fuel

very very disappointing delivery service

Very poor delivery service They cancelled delivery date even though it had been booked weeks in advance Explanation was running late So expect ed it within a day or two It arrived about two weeks late As they said driver had run out of time again I would just like to add it s the first poor service I ve had in 13 years I was just commenting on my last delivery I ve had no trouble before

When I check with other suppliers

When I check with other suppliers I find that their price litre is considerably less than yours Bear in mind that you gave me a ten day forward lead supply time

Unacceptable Delivery Delays Unfortunately due to a lack of delivery drivers it took over 2 weeks to get our fuel delivered This was during December - January the coldest part of the year I appreciate that there can be staff illness and unforeseen events but this was a really poor situation for our young family We rely on oil for our central heating and lets just say that the house was very cold

Not respecting customers

Delivery of fuel was delayed from the Friday until Tuesday afternoon even though SF had been told it was needed urgently This was after the usual delay from Monday to Friday after requesting the delivery No communication of the delay was given When we phoned bland promises were given about next working delay for delivery with the promise of a call back which was never given This promised delivery neverr happened again with no communication Bloody shambles and less than honest comms
