Good contact from the engineer to make the necessary arrangements prior to the visit The engineer was on time and completed the servicing work in a professional and timely manner All work was completed to our satisfaction The only downside was that there was no contact from the SECOM planners to make arrangements for the engineer visit This is something that is an ongoing issue as engineers often turn up announced

Happy with the competence workmanship of the Secom engineer

I was very pleased by the competence and care that was taken by the engineer this year Ashley Jones He was methodical in his approach and took his time to ensure thorough maintenance and cleaning of the CCTV cameras This is quite the opposite of my 2022 experience which I felt was sub-standard
