Your engineer

Your engineer who have had before was cheerful polite and helpful particultarly in adivising what happens when BT remove the old copper cable as I am now on fibre I would happly have him again to service my Secom Alarm

Have marked this on visit of engineer The back up would hardly generate one star It has taken five visits and the problem is still not solved

The engineer arrived promptly and efficiently checked my alarm system And forewarned when he was about to cause a loud racket I have no complaint about the service on the contrary But on this occasion I had to ring SECOM to ask when an engineer would be coming as he was due Normally I would have been contacted by SECOM to offer a date as a reminder

ETA message required by telephone

The engineer job is ok I did not realize that my interphone was out of order which was newly installed last year While I was waiting he judged I was out and gone It was unlucky that interphone was broken However visitors such as engineers usually give me ETA before or on arrival This time no telephone call cause definite misunderstanding

The engineer was very nice and helpful

The engineer was very nice and helpful but he made a recommendation to change the outside alarm but to date nothing has happened this has happened before and we still have not heard back from the company

Engineer is great Scheduling department not so much

Engineer was courteous and helpful I would be better if we could get a timed appointment instead of the engineer turning up on spec Then it would be much more satisfactory
