Poor maintenance Not repaired system in 2 months
My home alarm hasn t been working now for about 2 months as the batteries are dead in the external alarm bell I ve had 2 visits from an engineer in this time and neither time did they have the batteries to be able to replace these I have spoken to a manager two weeks ago but I ve had no contact since then with any further updates I m not sure what I m paying the monthly maintenance fee for really I ve been with them for a few years but am considering changing to a different alarm company after my contract expires Update I only received contact and another booking to replace the batteries following this review It s booked in for tomorrow but the engineer has just called saying once again he has not been given the batteries to replace and fix the alarm This is a complete joke as I ve spoken to managers who assured me the batteries would be ordered in
