The engineer turned up on time and identified himself and started work immediately He was new to the site and asked some questions to familiarise himself with the system before completing the service He was polite and helpful throughout his visit A job well done

Austin called ahead then arrived on time This is a big these days He donned his work slippers at the door which is a nice touch Particularly nice this time as we had new carpets two weeks ago He went about the service very efficiently and then spent time to review things after This was an excellent service visit

The engineer Chris is professional very efficient thorough and has a great customer facing attitude He demonstrated specialised knowledge in the equipment at our property and got the service checks done quickly and efficiently Throughout the service work he was very respectful to us and to our property wearing protective overshoes etc On leaving he checked whether we needed anything further This proved a great service standard that is very rare these daysWorthy of recommendation
