Takes a little patience but I think it s good

Took me a while to navigate the site and find everything For instance I didn t know what the journal was for a long time It s been more helpful than I expected I expected nothing It also doesn t mind when I skip a day or two or three sometimes digesting what I learned and sometimes just blowing it off Still in early days lesson 8 and I m trying to be patient and assume it hasn t taught me everything yet

I really like the app It helps me be calm I have trouble changing my activities It is hard to delete them

I was a little confused about how to use it and the daily tasks in the beginning But am experiencing better and quicker results than I had anticipated

I started Sensa over the weekend It is already better than the other Apps I ve tried The information is displayed in a way that lets you absorb the content and not be overwhelmed My only complaint is with the Journaling I wish it would let you record the information asked in the day s lesson not just your mood throughout the day

I was dubious about signing up for this but glad I did

I was dubious about signing up for this worried in case it was a scam or just a waste of money but I m so glad I did The initial signing in with the app almost made me ask for my money back hence dropping one star I d already paid my money and didn t want to be pressured to pay for further ad-ons Eventually I just refused all the extra and went on to the basic site Although I m not sure that I m learning much I find it very helpful to have a reminder to fight procrastination every morning The daily lesson is short maybe takes about 10 mins but I like being able to take a note of my mood each day more often if I need to and fill in a short journal reminding myself why I m feeling as I am It s certainly making me think about why I avoid things so much and I ve noticed a difference in my attitude Not certain whether it would work for everyone but it s definitely helping me

Having a place to remind myself was great Wish I could customize it a little more to really be my own

Sensa has made me realize why I ve always strived for routines - I find pesce in routines once they ve been established and help control my procrastination Also I ve learned why I get scared when there s no noise in my brain and now I need to rethink that

Sensa is well designed and quite helpful for day to day use The comfort of the app and it s gentle approach is one of it s strongest features The teaching is well spread out in an easy to participate program and the exercises are quite simple to follow

Sensa and ADHD - a great pair

I use Sensa to help me regulate my ADHD It s so helpful to be educated about myself while working toward habits that will sustain a better lifestyle for me It has been so eye opening I have been using the app for 2 months now and plan to continue
