Nowhere does it say that you only have

Nowhere does it say that you only have 28 days of content I paid for 6 months so now what am I supposed to do There are other subjects so why can t I choose one of those Why doesn t it just automatically let you do that I have reached out to support so we will see what happens

Be aware of auto billing

Ok so like many others have said I had a very negative experience based on auto amounts I signed up for the limited trial and was billed the full amount When I contacted them they said they would refund half but upon further email they did fully refund promptly I actually liked the app but decided not to use it in the end I felt they actually they should never have auto billed me and the whole good will initial offer was rather rude So for this reason I decided to just delete all the app It s NOT a scam in my experience and the app is nice but the customer service should be improved Oh and don t just randomly bill people especially those that are perhaps seeking support

Not everything is perfect

Well honestly I m not sure if it was mainly my fault or if the app didn t grab my attention I loved it Ain t gonna lie about BUT when I had to read all the information I couldn t keep for so long although the activities checklist and daily check-up were very helpful for me The illustrations as well so cute and well-designed

Not sure after 30 days

Used the app for 30 days so far over about 6 weeks Nice short daily readings and tasks easy to complete and gives a sense of achievement That being said not yet sure about the effectiveness of the advice This could partly be because I have already tried and practice many of the recommendations Would like to know where the advice comes from - without referencing quality sources the advice on the app seems to lack authority or validity

I liked the whole app interface and the way it was build As ADHD Person it was super hard to continue the course of reading the month is gone and Im at day 8 I also had a lot of struggle together with the support about the notifications in the app Especially for the mood checkins

Updated Only 28 days of content on a 6 month plan

I have since been contacted by support and am satisfied with the response Thank you to Goda who sorted this for me I subscribed to a 6 month plan The tailored plan stops after 28 days and focuses only on one main subject After that the app just becomes a log of mood and activities which is not what I was looking for I contacted customer service who took several days to respond till I was asked for screenshots of the issue They then didn t bother to get back to me When asked for a refund they refused I don t recommend using this app Poor customer service and not enough content to justify the price for 6 months Hugely disappointed

The Sensa app experience is pleasant and accessible with upbeat positive language to deliver its coaching messages activities and daily bits of learning I feel that the procrastination program is helping me to shift my thinking understanding that procrastination is most often a product of emotional disregulation removes a lot of negative feelings such as shame and blame About 2 weeks in it s clear this is not a magic bullet or overnight fix That makes sense considering that it takes practice and diligence to change one s approach to emotions we instinctively seek to avoid and Sensa s short daily activities provide solid opportunities encouragement I like that I can progress at my own pace I can skip a day or more when necessary picking up where I left off with no judgment only encouragement It would be useful to have an optional reminder to toggle on off which could be set to the desired frequency e g daily twice daily every second day certain days of the week
