This app is decent and I initially used

This app is decent and I initially used it regularly and it really did help me to get started on my journey through my diagnosis However as with most ADHD humans what was once shiny and new became old and boring really fast I didn t utilize it the way I m sure it was intended and so I didn t renew my subscription The customer service department gets an A from me for fast replies when it came to billing troubles so I liked that
J

It gives good information even though I

It gives good information even though I know a lot of it and it helps to remind me of what to do The app is flexible which I like but I don t know how to retain information or how to go back and review

Lifetime Membership Would be a Plus

Lifetime Membership Would be a Plus The app helped me to be more present and mindful of my emotions and reactions It would be great if there s a lifetime membership in one payment which I did on another helpful app

Sensa can help if you complete the steps

Sensa has helped me with my self-esteem and now I am working through the course on social anxiety The journaling prompts are very helpful in rooting out some of the causes and helping to reprogram my thoughts using cognitive behavioral therapy At first I got impatient with only being able to read one chapter a day but now I am understanding the importance of this requirement

Useful and motivating content

Varied contents to help organize ourselves and keep motivated for a charged and active life Few longer edits of guided meditation would be very useful in addition to the current 10min audio clips

Time Well Spent

Investing a few minutes each day into reading the articles on Sensa and instituting a bunch of new habits and insights has been great With Sensa I finally broke free of the pandemic lockdown lethargy The articles helped me understand myself and ADHD more Checking in day by day helped me shift things is that my life again feels productive and good My only complaint is that there is just a month s worth of content Regardless of which plan you choose you can t simply go back and review lessons after the month so why do they offer the other plans

Interesting app

Interesting app It definitely helped me break through some mental blocks I found the amount of reading to be tedious some other learning formats would be good Would be nice to be able to mark tasks complete from my phone s notifications screen I ended up not using the activities or reminders because it made me spend so much extra time on my phone

Gave me positive and permanent knowledge I needed

I saw this app through the instagram reels At that time I was procrastinating so much on instagram and other SNS that the ads were showing me lots of apps that help the procrastination One of them was Sensa The reason I chose Sensa was because it was built upon the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT so I thought it would be legitimate The apps gave me daily tasks and advice and tips It taught me so much about my procrastination behavior My procrastination behavior has improved but not dramatically and that s okay with daily journaling and review of that app I am sure I will be able to change my mind and behavior
