Car picked up within the agreed time took pictures of car on the driveway got a call from Dean at servicing stop to go through exactly what needed doing and what was advised Step by step process all quite clear

Was later than time window stated for collecting car but not really an issue Called for authorisation for additional advisory work to be carried out but were fairly pushy in wanting to get authorisation to do the work it wasn t cheap but not too bad Waiting to see if I get my car returned to me within the stated time window and really hoping I do as I have a meeting I need to get to

The garage was 17 miles away was a problem as they did not want to drive car back without replacing front tyres
