Good service by garage but BUT

Good service by the garage but servicing stop communication is awful No customer number Car was gone from 10 30 and never turned up until 20 10 with no one telling me what was going on no one to call For the amount of stress caused I won t be using them again

I booked in a specific date my only day off work and they cancelled it What s the point in showing available dates online if they re not available

Trust Broken for Services Not Needed

Great service initially - but then tried overcharging me for additional work and even a fuel treatment that wasn t required - won t use them again as I don t trust them anymore and can get the work done at 75 less

Wouldn t recommend

Easy to use and friendly advisor and that s the only positives - had a massive sting for extras costs and upon consulting friends and family I m assured that I ve been overcharged for the work - IN A BIG WAY Needed front brake discs pads replacing and a brake fluid change - which I was charged 720 for On reading other reviews I m guessing this was a big mark up on the price that the garage charge and Servicing stop must be skimming a pretty penny off the top All around dodgy feel - I definitely had a wobble at one point after reading some reviews I figured I ve been scammed and my car is gone forever but all turned out okay in the end got my car back Service book was not stamped but this is down to the garage not Servicing Stop Would not use this service again will go local

This is my first time

This is my first time seems okay thus far we ll see when I get my car back but it s now 7 30pm and no news about my car being returned looks like I can t do my elderly fathers weekly shop tonight - oh dear It s now 9 15am next day - no news - nobody answering any of the phone numbers given Servicing Stop not open at weekends very helpful - NOT Me and my sons are going to the garage to see what s going on Got car back work was completed yesterday but garage not told payment was made so couldn t return to me Poor communication very inconvenient and a bit of a worry - I d rather book direct in future

Scam

It would seem you have to leave a review before you pay Spoke to Daniel who talks very polite and helpful but the price he quoted me was over a 100 00 cheaper then the bill I paid it cause I wanted my car back all in all its cost me over 600 00 will deff not use this company again it looks cheap but its not my advice go local garage

A review of two halves I am happy with the price I paid and the service MOT in itself What I m annoyed about is the nonsense call I received from Service stop trying to sell me 400 of things that were not required When I spoke to the garage themselves they also told me none of the things service stop are pushing for are needed This is terrible service and a breach of trust I wouldn t use again for this reason

Booked service for new car

Booked service for new car comparatively priced with pick up and drop off service which is what i needed although they were 1 5hrs later than the window provided for pick up of car I assume they make up for this competitive pricing with a load of follow on work not included in the price Brand new car with 6k miles on it needing a load of other work that they claim would invalidate the warranty if not done yet not included in the price quoted for the service making it more expensive then any other garage in my local area by far Bit of a con in my opinion will not use again would not recommend
