I had written a positive review at their request last week as I used them for my car services I do retract that however I paid the initial fee then had a call about with the extras needed so over 400 quid at this point All was good but the day after the tyre pressure light came on clearly the local garage - Sky Tyres and Parts Hounslow hadn t done the job properly I asked if they could pick up the car just so happens have are fully busy after I have paid No aftercare I will certainly make sure Sky Tyres and Parts do not service my car nor will I go through Servicing Stop and they should be finding a solution but of course once paid no-one cares

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYA discounted service and MOT Costing 130 ending up costing close to 1000 SCAMMERS WATCH OUT

shame about the garage they used for failing my MOT without checking my tyre sensor properly Still waiting on my vehicle and it is 20 15 as I type this no communication with the garage as to when or if my car is going to be dropped back off to me It is advertised they will deliver your vehicle back to you on the same day by 6pm and will advise if it will be later I have tried to get hold of someone at service stop but no luck Just waiting to see if my car turns up tonight Fingers crossed I have work in the morning and need my car Will not use ServiceStop again Shame as I have used Service Stop for the past few years

Awful Car not returned and no phone call nothing Rang all day for their payment then don t reply or return the car and now I have to fund a taxi to work tomorrow and stress of not knowing if my car is even okay or being returned me Live chat function also doesn t put you through to anyone Shocking organisation

On the 26th February had a Full service done on my car that s what I thought Had a phone call to say everything went well but had a few advisory s Paid extra to get them fixed I had a mechanic look at my car today and the extra s weren t done but I paid for them The annoying thing is that you cannot speak to anyone on the phone Had to make a complaint but a reply take 5-7 days I will never use Service Stop ever again Booking Ref 1641874 one star is too much

Following surgery I am unable to drive so used this service Wish I had read other feedback first The costs are extortionate 145 for break fluid Didn t even stamp my service history book I left out on the seat was the service really completed

I had expected to have additional work completed on the car following the MOT and Service What I had not expected was the excessive cost for the additional repairs I looked up the cost of the parts required which came to 207 however the total bill was 1 085 I therefore paid 878 for labour and Servicing Stop charges I know that you pay for a mechanic s experience and knowledge but I must be paying between 250 and 300 per hour This eye wateringly expensive Servicing Stop are the middle man and of course they add a fee on top but I would bet that they push the garage s costs down too Servicing Stop are maximizing their own profits ahead of the value they should be providing to their customers At the same time they are damaging the reputation and trust many people have in their local garages Please DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP

Rubbish Booked a full service with them only to be told the day before that my car isn t going to any garage until mid April It s now mid march I ve paid upfront and not been sent any refund or confirmation of cancellation No phone number to call and bots online won t put you to anyone just re route you to pages on the website that are no use Use book my garage as these are garbage

I realised I was scammed when I fell for the low service costs but actually didn t need that but just the MOT itself When something looks like it is too good to be true it is Surprisingly my car passed its MOT but despite paying for the service and MOT in advance there were so many additional service advisory work that needed doing I just coughed up the costs as wanted my car back but on the return of my car it was clear no work was carried out except for the MOT and even then I m surprised some aspects were not flagged Considering no major parts were changed with only so called oil antifreeze and brake fluid changes made it s the most expensive MOT and service ever I was forced to use this last minute due to being let down by BMW who I normally service my car with Lesson learned never again - I ll be sure to check other reviews and feedback next time prior to booking

Made a huge mistake using this service Please don t make the same mistake The car was picked up for a service paid upfront I had a call from the garage the car went to they wanted nearly 400 more I refused to pay The car came back a mess with scratches all over it Alloy wheels were destroyed This is purely a scam where the Garage just wants the car so they can add on costs and when you say no they get very unhappy They even sell the Garages they use on this promise - that customers will pay more I d recommend going to a recommended garage from friends or family or dealerships Never use this service - it is designed to make you pay more money in the end
