Take your time

Pick up of my car was fine but due to the speed at which details of the service and the work required were given over the phone difficult to follow

Some disappointment

Didn t receive contact when there was a problem Hence i wasnt told that the requested tpms reset wasnt done Service reminder wasnt reset Didn t try to charge for unnecessary items however Service itself seems OK

Pleasant professional man who rang but I do not like the extra suggestions of expensive extra service I would like to hear about what has actually been done The implication to move me to the top of the list seems wrong as I am happy that the car is returned as sensibly suggested by your driver on pick up

I didn t like being pressurised into giving a review for my expensive repairs to be done before I have even got my card fixed and returned The company should focus on the quality of service they provide once works have been done Last year servicing stop cocked up my brakes and i had to get these resolved again a few months after

I wasn t happy that the time scheduled for picking my car was changed at last minute thereby giving me much inconvenience But I am happy that it was later resolved

The checked was not comprehensive before they called me They called again to informed me about another issue

Hidden charge

All together costed me 194 164 30 for high quality engine oil which was a hidden charge It is a 2015 Honda Civic and should not tell me it uses special oil which was a surprise Next time I will got to Kwik Fit which will cost me 210 for MOT and oil service without any hidden charges
