Car got picked up on time by a very nice driver chatty typeGot a call from Service later today to say there were a load of stuff that I had to pay for as the garage had found extra work while doing their service report I told them NO ended up paying for Oil as it was a special type before they could return the carI called the phone number on his van but It wasn t the right one but a nice lady gave me another one finally got through asked about the service to be told it had been done I then asked when would the car be returned to be told 4 30 5pm I try to call them no answer so I text no answer eventually around 6pm they called me to say the driver is running late I asked what time they would deliver the car their answer was Tomorrow 23rd as I was needing the car I offered to collect my car from them when I asked for their address just got something muttered at me and they hung up the phone now the phones are off and text messages unanswered can only hope Tomorrow my car will be returned to me in the same condition as I gave it to them

Please do not use I falsely trusted the reviews without delving deeper and they charged 485 for 30 minutes work which was oil change brake fluid and engine flush I didn t understand from the call and thought it was work that needed doing so when I saw in writing what it was I quickly called to cancel but they told me in that 30 minute space and that if I don t pay they won t release my car Feel so conned Please please do not use I have health issues and used this service thinking it would be easier but it wasn t

SCAMMERS A 150 service turned into a 430 rip off I was charged for oil flushes and fluid a 2019 car never needed Not olnly that but after speaking to the garage I gound out the car wasnt even given a full service as promised they just changed the oil and air filter You cant make payment until youve left a 5 star review which is also dodgy and then they lie about how soon the car will be returned They also dont answer the phone and the number they call you from doesnt accept calls Apparently theve been on Watchdog and another Rip off TV show

The hook is the low pricing and then stung for extras 25 for long life oil instead of the short life oil presumably which you cannot opt out of so why isn t it in the base price 65 for fuel treatment 70 for engine flush 140 for brake fluid change

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS IS A CON you can t contact them with any issues they lie they left me on a Friday for three days without any communication no car they didn t give a rats fluck about customer care

Shocking service Watch out for all the additional add ons to the price Also they inflate prices vs what garage actually charge so they receive commission on any work you get done Tried calling to speak about the additional pricing in more detail but was fobbed off and they didn t respond to my emails Will not be using again Be extremely wary of using this company

Do not use this company complete con artists Tried to tell me that my car had only scraped through its MOT in order for me to pay out for lots more unnecessary work when I tried to tell them that was untrue as I had checked the MOT details on the GOV UK they hung up on me before confirming if I would receive my car back that day Took forever to contact them as phone constantly engaged On the plus side the garage they appointed were good and helpful so will be going to them directly in future

Rude offensive dire customer service Unanswerable on the phone and simply couldn t care about what they do or say This poor service may work for some but not if you value your car or anything else And Gary is a joke To state that s normal when I said I couldn t contact anyone about the car and then he put the phone down sums up this cowboy outfit

Initially great but their aftercare service is all about hard sell and begging for reviews Additionally jobs made out as if the garage has made them sound urgent and then wildly over charging ie 118 for a job normally costing 27 Then later calling saying if you job their monthly club for 15 they will only charge you the basic rate for jobs in other words admitting they rip you off Shop around and go direct to a garage

First service date was cancelled on new date my car was collected and sooner I was called to ask good review without car being serviced I was asked I must changed the parts which was whopping price otherwise the car cannot come out from gargage The guy spoke so fast and disconnected I called back many times but no answer hence I was unable to stop being overcharged and decided to pay
