Best hassle free MOT service around

Had a call the night before to confirm morning pick up time driver arrived on time had a quick chat to explain the process handover keys etc had a call from Chris in customer services in the afternoon who s comms was clear provided necessary info options paid for some minor bits of work car passes it s MOT it s now on its way back to being delivered to me I have a busy schedule so not having to leave the house sort this has been brilliant

Utter Shambles - Do not use

My first experience of ServicingStop and the LAST Booked and paid for a service with collection from 8-10am today Had texts from 07445 814100 to which I replied but got no response Called the number only to get a message with no option to leave a message Found the tel no of the garage servicing the vehicle no answer left a message and not had a call back Sent several messages emails chats to ServicingStop Eventually spoke to Russell at the garage - Three Counties Garage Ltd - who said that they were now too busy to collect and do the service on the vehicle Great service - AVOID It was paid for in advance and now they tell me i have to wait 10 days for the refund to be processed What an utterly disorganised Company ServicingStop are AVOID

WORST SERVICE

Firstly my service and MOT was delayed by 3 days informed on day it was due to be collected Then car was collected very late midday in fact Then car garage would not release car until service stop had paid them with them adding on a hidden fee at the end even though I had paid in advance To top it all off by the time I had actually managed to get ahold of customer services the garage had closed leaving me with no car to get to work I ve never been so angry with a service in my life DO NOT use this company
