I will not pay to use Openreach infrastructure
It is with some regret that I must take my broadband business away from Shell Energy My single-star review does not reflect the service and value that I have received from Shell Energy over the last 5 years which has actually been faultless I am leaving because of the behaviour of Openreach towards our community and their retrograde plans to litter our towns with telegraph poles In the future I will not pay to use Openreach infrastructure For my broadband I will use a competitor s underground fibre network 5G mobile or satellite Each of which are viable alternatives at my address I apologise for giving Shell Energy a 1-star review through no fault of their own But I believe it is the best way to ensure that they understand why I have left
