A big thankyou
Shell Energy I rang today as my tariff is ending on 31st May I spoke to a gentleman named Jaspal I was overwhelmed by how helpful he was I spoke to someone else from the same company yesterday whom was so unhelpful I asked if Shell could offer me a better tariff than they emailed me as price increase was almost 50 a month more I was told by the guy I spoke to no this is the only tariff on offer So I decided that I was ringing today to say that I would be leaving Shell Energy However Jaspal didn t know this when I rang today as I didn t say anything about this to him Straight away he gave me a tariff which will keep my monthly payment the same So I would like to say a big thank you to you Jaspal and hope that Shell Energy appreciates what a kind and helpful gentleman they have working for them Tracey Davey

Multiple issues Terrible service
Multiple issues and shell customer services have been totally useless Ended up going via a third party to rectify an incorrect bill after 3 months of trying and miraculously the issues were solved Trying to speak to anyone is impossible Just today spent 2 5 hrs on a chat to chase up a smart meter only to be told there was no record of me requesting even though I could see the record of it on my account Changing company asap

Shell Energy you horribly disgusting robbing b You have caused me so much stress extremely overcharged me and have been incapable of rectifying it just so you can get more money from me I am now just having to pay this ridiculously wrong amount just to get you off my backs Thanks a lot I m now struggling to survive In this current climate whilst you bathe in the money you ve robbed from thousands of people You should be ashamed of yourselves

Useless companytered complaint number 16083625 but
I entered complaint number 16083625 but was given another one of 16420462 Still waiting after nearly 3 months for agreed credit to be put on ac for oct nov and dec Told to contact on facebook Twitter and instagram Do not do last two have completed on li e complaints firm emailed and telephoned Assured yesterday by edna no more debt calls received o e today although my account is in credit Some useless person offered refund I do not want refund 56 97 should be credited to ac Useless I have spent hours on this Will never renew again

Terrible company to deal with My parent was in hospital and during that time their deal ended Future unknown so can t enter another contract Receive replies but not all the information is included having to wait again They replied mid November and the offer can be backdated from that date only and not prior Despite this going on since October You can t speak to a Manager Disgraceful service A company who do not value customers in these current times

Poor service and bad record keeping
Shell Energy provided a hugely inflated energy use estimate so I emailed then a date stamped photo of the reading they then emailed back stating that I need a photo without an explanation of the why the initial one was unacceptable I phoned their helpline and the agent was vague and difficult to understand The bill itself was also unclear and gad your gas bill as the title but it was actually for electricity

Worst company I ve ever dealt with
Worst customer services I ve ever dealt with I ve been trying to resolve an outstanding bill for a rented property since May 2022 contacted them 3 times trying to pay but as they created the account in the wrong name received a threatening letter - contacted again today explained in a 30 minute phone call the situation and then cut off when taking payment Now the lines are all down Unbelievable
