Shell octopus energy
Just an update on shell energy s constructive theft After shell energy staff telling me the government told them they could estimate bills as high as they like and then refusing to put me through to a manager and putting the phone down on me the case is still not solved This is years of shell corruption I have sent meter readings as requested but they said they got mixed up with what was day reading and night reading I showed them which was which not rocket science I sent readings over and over gave them readings over the phone and they sent someone out to read the meter twice but I just kept get the same message we just need more information another meter reading I sent them photos of my meter many times to create a paper trail as it was obvious they where being deliberately obstructive and just wanted to continue stealing over 450 a month from me four times what my bill should be I have been lied to over and over again by shell energy I had one lady who I though was genuine and agreed to work my bill out She told me that after years of estimating my bills and charging random amounts it came out theat I owe them nothing and they owe me nothing more lies as not possible I asked for a manager call back and as always with this discusting company no call back It has been in deadlock about five times now with Shell telling me it was up to me to contact ofgem and sort it out I contacted ofgem and they said we don t deal with this kinf of case Not sure if this was because she ll said the government told them through ofgem they could charge what they want Octopus energy has now took over shell and sent me an email saying I owe shell 950 and they would take 450 from my bank each month I contacted octopus energy and the man I spoke to said the bill looked wrong as soon as he looked at it He said they would charge 211 not 450 and would work my bill from meter readings in future He said octopus would not count shells claim I owe 950 this seemed very fair and I wanted to be taken to court by shell in order to out the fraud and deception and hopefully get the public to check if this is happening to there parents who have had to make choices whether to eat or pay these thieves Octopus have sent me another email just saying they are taking 450 from my bank and I owe 935 totally contradicting what they agreed to I emailed back 3 times with no reply from octopus even though there page says reply to this email and we will respond The money is due to come out on Tuesday and I have had no choice but to contact the fraud unit at my bank and then block them from taking any money from my bank They will probably cut me off bit it s gone on for many years now and can t keep letting them steal money from me any more I think octopus probably have staff with more integrity than shell but obviously octopus have inherited shells staff and system as well as clients so will damage octopus unfortunately Any advice on who I can contact would be very much appreciated I am willing to publish and share all my emails and corrispondence with watchdog or any newspaper This is a case of constructive theft lies involving the government and ofgem lack of regulation from ofgem and a negative affect on my heath You can see from my previous reviews how long this has gone on for
