Probably the best service I have had to date from shell energy - helped me with a situation with my bill that i had been trying to resolve back in 2022 - Jadwida listens made notes understood got assistance from the correct department and called me back when she said she would Fantastic support and a true assist to shell energy

The lady I spoke to was extremely nice n very helpful n made things simple to understand I struggle with health n understanding things and she understood Please can she get the recognition she deserves Many thanks this review is for Shell broadband and not energy

BROADBAND

BROADBANDI had issues with my broadband speed and reached out to Shell for assistance I spoke to Valid who went over and beyond to help me sort this out Valid was very professional and attentive to my concerns He attended to me with utmost professionalism and not only resolved the issue but reassured and calmed me I was initially going to cancel my broadband but now I m staying Happy customer Thanks Valid I hope you see this review and get recognized by SHELL for your work

I spoke to Liyana she explained ever thing she was doing to check why my wi-fi was keep turning off I have mental health problems She explained every thing so I understood even talked to me about my family as I told her I lived on my own took time to get to no me lovely and helpful she could not do enough for me

Ajdin O what a fantastic customer service rep

I was having connectivity issues which I was struggling to resolve I was connected to Ajdin O who was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole conversation Helpful thorough and an all round pleasure to speak with It was a bit of a strange situation but we managed to resolve it in the end Hopefully I don t have any further issues but if I do I hope I m connected to Ajdin again Thanks again

Dear ManagersCould I please give positive feedback on Rose obviously in your team She showed so much empathy and professionalism last Saturday Everything she said she carried through and what started when I renewed are contract last November then went completely wrong in January and February she sorted for us Obviously it should never have got to this stage but thank goodness for your department and especially Rose I sincerely hope you see this email and read the log below but more than anything please take care of people like Roselyne you are lucky to have her in your team
