I was lucky enough to speak to Matt regarding my broadband package which comes to an end tomorrow He listened carefully to what I had to say and my concerns He then clearly and concisely gave me the help and advice I was hoping for No pushy sales patter thank goodness So I will stay with Shell Energy now Octopus with confidence Thanks Matt

Unrequested change to billing format

For some unknown reason I had been taken off paper bills and therefore not received a bill for March 2024 - although I had been informed that one was available online Aiden immediately understood the position and undertook to reset my paper billing status and to get a copy of March s bill sent to me as soon as possible This was all carried out in a very polite understanding and efficient manner Thanking you in anticipation of all now being ok

I was trying to join Virgin broadband

I was trying to join Virgin broadband and had a terrible experience so I tried Shell and I can t believe the difference in service Martin was very helpful and listened to my concerns He offered me the best option for my needs and was concise but thorough in his communication I hope that others move to Shell and stay away from Virgin Thank you for making my life a lot easier Finally someone who knows how to do their job

Complaint after being told incorrect info and being put on wrong contract

A previous advisor had given me incorrect info which meant u lost my phone line and was on wrong contract Claire S has sorted out the ussue and whilst I have to wait for a 14 day cooling iff period to take effect I have confidence that she has sorted the matter She was understanding and efficient ringing me back at exactly the times she said she would

I HAVE HAD 5 SUSPICIOUS E MAILS FROM SHELL ASKING FOR A FINAL PAYMENT I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THOS AFTER SPEAKING TO NADHIL SHE HAS TOLD ME TO IGNORE THEM IT IS A SCAM THANKYOU NADHIL

The lady we spoke to Demi was so so nice and helped us out so much when it came to our bill she gave us a 20 pound credit to help which really means a lot thank you very much Demi you are a credit to shell xx
