Great customer experience - had a call with a guru and he was excellent at sorting my problems The site is really easy to use and makes for a great website

Extremely user friendly amazing customer service

I am absolutely shocked at peoples disappointment with shopify from reading the reviews Just remember that people usually only write a negative review unless asked to write a review shopify don t currently do this I never write reviews but after such a good experience I felt I should Shopify is by far the most user friendly system I have come across and the customer service experiences I have had with the center in Ireland has been amazing The advisers Alan John I have dealt with so far have been extremely helpful and explained everything so clearly and even go out of their way to send me extra information they think will help me further The forums are so easy to follow and I have saved a fortune with not having to use a designer for various tasks I would highly recommend to anyone

Had a Shopify shop since July 2019 and so far I am very happy with it The one time I had to use email support they were polite and fixed my website problem in minutes
