Good experience

Lot of poor reviews on here which may give a very distorted view - I had a good experience and I thought I would add my view which is very good - I had a sale notification email problem - I contacted them via chat twice - they were quick to respond on both occasions and gave me advice which initially I thought was wrong but they were indeed correct and by following their advice my mail ISP was able to fix the issue - my thanks to Chris T

hands down the best ecommerce solution for small business Easy to set up and customise and payouts come regularly Their support team on live chat is exceptional Hav no idea why there are loads of 1 reviews but I have to say most of them seem to lack a basic understanding of what Shopify or have clearly not done the set up correctly

I ve been working with Shopify for multiple years now and always had a great experience Their support has always been quick and efficient whenever I ve needed assistance with anything I recommend this platform to anybody looking to start an E-commerce business

So far Shopify havent failed me

So far my experience with shopify has been brilliant setting up entire shopify shop with all integrations have been extremely challenging but shopify support shopify youtube tutorials really made this so much easier Shopify support team is the loveliest and the most helpful out of all they will go miles out of their way to help you I am yet to actually use the platform but with a team like that i fear no obstacles

Suspended my payments account

Suspended my payments account no reason given - won t confirm when it s being paid - tried transferring domain out couldn t as subscription had ended had to pay 40 to start a subscription so I could transfer my domain away RUN AWAY
