NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN Ordered some gifts at Christmas Items arrived AFTER the holiday and due to their absurd return policy I could not return them The items took almost 4 weeks to arrive in the first place To top it off none of the items were the proper size They were clearly mislabeled Now I have to donate 200 worth of clothes Don t waste your time or money on Sierra Trading Customer service is criminally bad

They do not stand by their products
UPDATE After I filed a claim with the BBB Sierra eventually refunded me the cost of the shirt no shipping included so it was 42 which was what I told them I d accept since I did wear the shirt twice in store credit Original review They do not stand by their products I ordered a 50 base layer shirt because I have trouble regulating body temp and wanted one I could wear all winter that would last I wore it twice indoors did not ever dry it and it developed pinhole tears at the shoulder and stomach after the second wash It was supposed to be tough and last for a long time The shirt has now been removed from their site Now I have no base shirts and no money to buy different ones Don t even bother contacting customer service if you re in a similar situation They re condescending and do not care about the consequences of their policies

The negative experience of the first purchase in this store and for the first time in 10 years of online shopping Instead of the legendary Red Wing 8111 size 8D Danner Rivot 51536 size 12 EE boots were sent to me Is that the same thing I ve written about the disparity of the goods sent in support provided a video of the discrepancy of the ordered goods Support didn t apologize So I guess they don t admit this awful mistake That s why I conclude they couldn t sell the Danner boots and sent them instead Red Wing I am sorry to leave a negative review but I see the situation this way There s no good review about the legendary shoes Red Wing as a gift for my father This shop even with their discounts doesn t worth the lost money time and nerves

Do not order online with Sierra
I tried twice to place an order with Sierra and they cancelled my order each time because my billing address did not match my delivery address -- they don t know how to verify billing addresses And their customer service is horrible making me go into my account every day for 10 days to find out status live chat and email to try to advise them and they still couldn t manage to process an order with perfectly legit information Stay away from ordering online with this company

Employee directed me to a waterproof
Employee directed me to a waterproof shoe and took this hoe on hike soaked within 1 hour of hiking next day cldnt wear shoes had to wear sandalls hiking the andes my knee suffered much pain bc i wore sandals when i got back to the states they wldnt take them back evwn tho their employee told me to get those shoes now im in knee pain and lost 80 to worthless shoes thanks sierra u lost my buisness for ever

That company is total trash Sent me the wrong items which wasted me much time to return and agents were incredibly rude and unhelpful They promised me to refund me the price difference of shipping cost but never did so They either ignored my messages or denied it Will file a dispute against them They should cease to exist for sure

Company has gone downhill badly
I used to buy lots from this company New owners or something has changed Horrible customer service and very bad communications We ordered boots They were too small Returned them for an exchange Got an email saying the new order for the exchange was placed The boots never arrived I called The person said sorry the order was canceled and I don t know why Oh I was never told any of that I emailed customer service twice to ask what happened I got no response I will never order from this outfit again Whatever happened to this nice company What a shame

Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy for online purchases - not only do you have to pay shipping to receive an item but you also have to pay 6 95 shipping to return it In a day and age where most other stores offer free two-way shipping I ll never ever buy anything from them again

Purchase at own risk
I would leave a negative rating if possible I ordered two one size fits all newsboys hats The order totaled 19 99 The hats arrived and were huge These hats were far from one size fits all They swallowed my head I returned the items using sierra s return label in which I was charged for Long story short I paid 25 93 for a two poorly sized item only to recieve 13 03 in total return due to shipping fees Customer service made no attempts to correct the experience
