Told me to go to the police station for my missing clothes
I m so upset My package had a false delivery- it was marked delivered but it never showed up I called customer service and they refused to give me a refund until I file a police report they literally told me to go to the police station or call 911 Yeah let me just waste the cops time about my freaking sweaters are you joking What re they gonna do take the fingerprints on my mailbox And they said I wouldn t receive the refund until the investigation was CLOSED Absolutely absurd Never shopping here again

This place is the worst never order anything from here Tried to send back items that they shipped me and they shipped us all the wrong items chatted with 3 different online reps who couldn t seem to help me said they would escalate the issue to someone higher up and still nothing now were out money and items that were no where near what we had ordered Save your money and go else where that actually has people who know what they re doing

ordered two pairs of sweat shorts that ended up getting sent back to the warehouse even though the address I had on file was correct I went through 3 different customer service reps that said that I would be able to get a reshipment only to find that they gave me a refund instead When I asked what happened they said that I asked for a refund instead of a reshipment this is the 2nd time i ve had an awful experience with customer service

Made a purchase on 11 10 20 for a Christmas gift so obviously it wouldn t return until after 12 25 20 However they will NOT budge on their return policy regardless if its Christmas a pandemic or anything else NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES after 30 days PERIOD I will never ever buy from them again

The MOST frustrating customer-service
The MOST frustrating customer-service experience ever I bought my teenage son a pair of 60 sweatpants Ordered an XL they sent size XL3T which were too big for my 6 6 husband When I attempted to make an online return there is no option to waive the shipping fee even though there s the wrong item sent option as a return reason Customer service is only open from 9am-1pm I drove all the way to the mall this weekend to make the return and was told that since they sent the wrong item they can t return it In store because the receipt doesn t match the item I m returning She suggested I contact customer service which I explained I m unable to because of the hours She offered to contact them for me but oh wait they re closed on the weekends so she couldn t help at all Total joke

Unable to Redeem PacSun Gift cards
My teen kids love PacSun so they received several gift cards as gifts DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from 3rd party affiliate such as BuyaTab buyatab com which is offered directly on the PACSUN website OR at other retailers such as CVS Walmart grocery stores The cashier at the actual store was able to verify that there was money on the card but when I wanted to redeem them for an actual purchase it would not accept it The only gift card the store could accept was the gift card that purchased in the store I am stuck with one gift card with 50 and no idea how to redeem it Del Amo Mall location Torrance CA

Worst customer service Their online ordering system revised our address so order was sent to the wrong address When we called to let them know they required a police report to issue refund Ridiculous especially as this was their fault Note also that when we called one agent told us the refund was approved When we called back the next agent had no idea what we were talking about Again indicated we needed a police report
