I guess people dont come in here to leave positives for the most part but i did have a great first experience with ralphlauren com the usa website and geezus their clothes are comfortable omg I bought a super big and baggy hooded t for me and my husband for our walks with our little dog at nite I had the nicest ladies taking care of me from the beginning to the end I know when someone reads this whose had a terrible experience they ll just want to punch me in the face because i ve felt that way about people who gave 5 star reviews for sony paypal and rockstar games i was like no way has to be somebody who works there but yah i really did have a great experience I will add i always use the faster shipping method probably why i didnt have problems UPDATE I have ordered several times since this review always using the priority shipping and have still never had a problem i did have to call once and verify my address phone and email but that was easily taken care of they were very nice on the phone M AUGUSTIN

I have been shopping on Ralphlauren for a years They always have been great with their customer services transparency products I do not buy any item from Ralph lauren store I do not have a good experience with store people generally they are A and racist But online they do well Few years ago I brought vest from them and they committed to deliver by Christmas But due to bad weather Fedex couldn t deliver to me And I d to travel to another state and I called customer services to request if they can cancel my order since I will not be home to receive the package And customer services was very helpful not only they offered me to delivered my package to address I was going to be for a Holidays but they refund the all amount I paid for vest since they couldn t delivered on the time even though it wasn t their fault but they go extra miles to satisfy their customer I am a very happy and loyal customer since then
