A darn good company

I have been with Simply Health since I left the Royal Marines And the joined the Police in 1971 Now retired from the force I am completely satisfied with the company They have neve let us down both self and wife With their increase in customer subscriptions increasing from 1 11 2022 I hope they have increased their out payments to customers But they are very polite and efficient ken Bruce I might mention on them on my show

Overall we are happy with Simply Health

Overall we are happy with Simply Health although they have a problem when claiming online as day surgery is done and you are discharged same day their online form does not let you put same date so you have to put the next day as discharge day This is confusing but i am sure they will sort it out eventually

Overall very quick claim process

Overall very quick claim process just think they need to up the limits on some of their services Dentist fees for one have gone through the roof with the availability of NHS virtually non existent

Fairly good service

I have been with Simply Health for over 20 years and generally find them to be efficient My only complaint is that their policies are not age-related which one would expect after being a customer for so many years i e I am well past the age of maternity but they still include this benefit on my policy Also many other cash plans offer lower premiums and higher reimbursement I have to say Simply Health are always prompt with repayment of a claim since this can now be done online

Amazing service for cash plan health insurance

Overall great service provided for personal cash plan for my family and myself Easy to contact agents are helpful and the wait between adding a claim to get the payment back on my bank account is really quick

Staff always helpful and friendly Connection to staff almost instant due to company using AI technology I genuinely thought I was speaking to a human being - Felt spooky But was transferred to a person very quickly Have used Simply Health for past 4-5 years and have always been updated during the process and reimbursed quickly Just wish that accepted formats of invoices included Word too Would recommend though

Easy process to submit claims and good value if you have several health issues The corporate memberships are better value If you only have dental and optical needs then not worth taking the cover The more needs you have the greater the value you get Worked well for me this year with unexpected hospital admission that I could claim for
