Your delivery is on time The quality of item is below expectation because what I see on screen and what I receive is not the same most of the time The pictures are not accurate representation of actual item

There was a delay in sending out my package It had been one week after my purchase that when I followed up that was the time it was shipped out Their customer service was good but it was disappointing to think that unless I followed up my order would ve been sent out even later

Why the high delivery charge

Products are okay and prices acceptable but delivery charge is too high and takes too long It used to be much lower So less incentive to shop on SingSale

The only thing is that shipping takes extremely long n we dun even know when it will be delivered Dates were never matching n even expensive things are jus put outside once they put at 1am in the morning and I realise in the morning at 9am n I check my camera the guy came at 1am

Can t track order

The shopping itself was good as there was a wide range of brands and products Would be much better if there was free delivery for a certain amount spent The problem was the delivery ordered on 17 Jan and haven t received anything yet Worst thing when I clicked to track order it says nothing is found so I have no idea where my order is currently Hard to compete with other online shopping platform if this doesn t improve I used to buy a lot more but have since moved on to other online shops
