Cust svc was responsive and friendly but for recent damage item it s disappointing to offer 20 no return to accept the manufacturer defect item I wld expect a new replacement or full reunf for the obvious reason for a manufacturer defective item sold

Fast response for my question on delivery status was compensated a promo code for 10 for late delivery However it would be great if it is refund of 10 instead of promo code with expiry date for future use we may not know when our next purchase is for us to remember the promo code existence

They were helpful and fast in replying my enquiries help the product that I bought was excellent with a reasonable price But they do need to work on their tracker because I had problems with it Overall I am really pleased with their service and product I will come back to make a purchase with them
