delivery is so slow

Received lipsticks which were touched tested and having signs of fungus

My order was not shipped until I reached out 2 weeks later after my purchase date It should have reached me by then yet now I have to wait even longer As I will be travelling the items might arrive when I m away Aside some of items were purchased so I could use them when travelling I was offered 10 discount on my next purchase which is humiliating

This review request came before my purchase arrive Bad timing Shipping takes way too long The date it says dispatched does not correspond with the actual date it is shipped out It is 5 days later that shipping info was actually created Tracking is also not great can t tell where my packages are at the moment

I placed my order last 17 NOVEMBER but

First off one of my items was cancelled due to stock issues This should have been updated in your website if it is no longer available This was already charged on my credit card In addition i was just informed yesterday Nov 28 that the packages were just dispatched to be shipped after sitting there for 2 weeks as I placed the orders last Nov 15 This is really sad and frustrating as I was not given any updates until I contact you via contact us

Slow delivery

I ordered winter stuff on 28 11 Delivery by 8 12 was good Subsequently it was resched to by 13 12 There was no tracking info until 6 12 At Transhipment location as of 7 12 Its 12 12 today and tracking info still indicates its at Transhipment location I doubt I will receive my things by 13 12 and now I will have to buy the same stuff while on vacation coz I need them Unacceptable
