Delivery timing have to wait for few

for shipping fee of 9 99 i would expect delivery latest in 1 week it s taken 3 weeks PLUS delivery man left the package by STEALTH Left it so quietly like a thief on door step - could have heard the music and the kids in the house even though I never gave those instructions to leave package quietly due to many wrong deliveries didn t even bother to ring the doorbell What an idiot people were home I paid 10 for this VERY POOR experience overall

Size guide from website different from purchased brand

Hi it looks like you have outsourced your customer services for Singapore and there is an office now in Singapore for returns I am very disappointed with the quality of their replies and attitude towards work I have made many purchases over the years and I was never asked to pay for postage A prepaid postage label had been provided at all times This time round I have to pay for postage For other online sites I buy from postage is never borne by the customer and for some it s money back guarantee no need to even return the item In comparison therefore you can see that your customer relations is not up to the mark anymore and unlikely I will continue to buy from the site I thought it only fair to raise this to your attention as the parent company Have a good day ahead

Got the wrong product

The Nine West bag is decomposing and 1 zipper handle is missing but the delivery is fast I ve ordered before with Singsale and the same problem I encountered the item that s why it takes more than a year for me to order again they were selling those very very old stocks to the point of leather are falling off so sad on my part and lucky for you you were able to dispose your old stocks

Delivery taking very long

The website size guide gave the wrong sizing dimensions compared to the brand of shoes I purchased It was only after I referred to the brand s size guide on the delivered shoebox that I realised I purchased one size too small But I cannot exchange my item because it is a sale item The company should ensure the size guide provided on their website matches with the item they are selling

Slow delivery

Got the complete wrong product and wrong size was quite disappointed with that However the return process so far has been smooth and easy so I appreciate that

Delivery took 2 weeks very long

Placed my order on 28 Feb estimated delivery date was by 14 March Tracking details were given but not updated until today 14 March and the latest update says my items were only picked up on 10 march In a world where shipping is mostly free having to pay 9 90 for slow delivery seems like a rip off

NO IMPROVEMENT IN SHIPPING

Despite of increased in shipping costs from S 6 90 to S 9 90 the total shipping time is still taking more than 2 weeks from the day of ordering No timely update of shipment in the tracking system
