Delivery took so much time

App keeps resetting to the beginning of the item lists so a bit frustrating

Usually the quality of the products and price point are fine but sometimes I wish they would show more pictures of the product I bought a jumpsuit that only had one picture taken from far It looked good I guess in the picture but when it arrived it s not what I wanted and I regret buying it since Same goes for their other products If it only comes with 1 picture and not a lot of details best not to get it They also have a flat rate shipping of 10 It s only worth getting stuff here if you re really buying a lot of things

It is very difficult to purchase clothing on your site due to a lack of size guide You may have put a size guide on the page but most of the time it s not relevant to the items especially clothing Your delivery fee of 10 is another point that I hesitated to purchase from Singsale

I ordered size US 9 but received US 9 W It will be a hassle to return the item as it is quite troublesome and onerous Why do you make it difficult to return an item after receiving it and finding it not right

Size not always correctly labelled

Unfortunately the sizing have been repeatedly incorrect for Speedo and Havaianas even in the size charts which I do not understand because they should be just taken from the respective brands So I ended up purchasing a much too small bathing suit which I now cannot exchange
