When I received my order the wrong product was in the correct packaging I took a couple pictures and sent them to customer service They immediately issued me a discount code for the entire purchase amount so that I could reorder a new set Amazing customer service

I have only used skull candy products
I have only used skull candy products for the last 3 years so I have spent a bit of money with you guys so it was nice to be able to do a smooth and easy return especiallysince i lost my reciept It will definitely keep me coming back I work outside as a welder in Washington state all year long and I depend on my skull candy products not only at work but at the gym and on the mountain Keep making great products and I will keep buying them
