Thanks to Ian for helping to identify issues that we had not spotted on our new build home Having someone who understands the regs was definitely best way to be able to get things corrected and made proper with the house Worth having the snag check done properly

Problem with black mould

Ian came to view the property that we have lived in for 20 plus years We had always experienced an issue with condensation during Autumn and Winter seasons which we assumed was damp He visited the property performed an internal humidity check on different internal and external walls and gave us an honest and transparent conclusion that it was a fault with lack of internal ventilation and airflow I took on board the technical advice which was explained to me in layman terms and now the problem is fixed No more black mould patches on the walls Perfect solution to a long standing problem We never realised the issue

Ian recently did a full snagging inspection on our house which included a thermal imaging survey and drone inspection too We were very surprised with all the issues he picked up on He s got a very keen eye and can tell he s been in the construction industry for a long time Very reasonable price too compared to others Highly recommend
