Delivery was timely

Delivery was timely however the product is already damaged after a single wear only walking down the road to shops and back the rubber of the foam is not durable as what you would think it would be for the price paid as there is already rubber cut away from the front of the shoe Which is a let down The shoes are comfortable and look lovely but I don t think they d last for long

Good product and price

Good product and price Delivery timescales excellent but only complaint was that the skis weren t packed in the box and therefore got bashed about a bit in transit - should ve had some bubble wrap around them

Great price delivery took a while

Great price great product delivered in perfect condition Delivery too a long time was ordered New Year s Eve tbf but didn t receive it until the 11th So that s why it s 4 and not a 5

Order did come in the end - did I fear for nothing

Okay so I will have to eat my own words a bit here I was HIGHLY skeptical upon ordering my ski goggles that they would come at all I was scared a lot from the negative reviews here on Trustpilot I am from the UK and for a good week I had convinced myself that my parcel would never be dispatched or arrive in time for my ski trip I even left a 2 review on here and on Google Maps in an effort to try and speed up the ordering process Well I will have to eat my words My order was fulfilled and was delivered in 9 working days - which is really not bad especially during the busy winter sport season The order was packed well the item was correct and there were no hitches I think that the reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 is that for me a 5 experience is one where I am not filled with doubt and fear for a week about the potential of loosing my money So hiring more customer service individuals would not go amiss

Need to think about how they work over holiday period

So it did turn up I think snowleader need to look at this period of year and workout how they better communicate progress when they have high demand it s winter and low staff it s the holiday Jury is currently out I appreciate it s Christmas and all that but ordered in the 30th 4 business days later and still not dispatched Chat bot is pointless and claims to connect you to a person you re next transferring now sits there for over an hour Telling me it ll be here from the 8th but not dispatched yet Will update review as this progresses

Good offer but slow delivery and initially lack of communication

This is my updated review I placed an order on 7 1 25 totaling over 500 and initially had a very frustrating experience with the company By 16 1 25 well past the promised delivery time the order status was still in progress with no updates Customer support was hard to reach - the paid phone line went to voicemail emails were unanswered and the chatbot was unhelpful That said customer service eventually contacted me and I finally received my order The items were great and I was very satisfied with the price However the order processing and delivery took two full weeks likely due to the holiday season My second order however was received on time While the product quality and pricing are excellent the delays and lack of communication during the process left me disappointed Hopefully the company can improve its service and communication moving forward

Order received a couple of days late - issue is lack of communication

Update Managed to get hold of someone on via a DM on Instagram and was notified that processing orders was taking 2-3 days longer than usual Received the items today which I m very pleased about Currently awaiting an order update Ordered item on 2nd January for an upcoming trip and there has been no movement in the order status suggested delivery date is today I ve tried contact Snowleaders multiple times with no luck this week by both email and online chat Trip isn t for a couple of weeks so still time to receive my item however the lack of updates is frustrating I understand its a busy time of year and that there might be delays but this should be clearly communicated - I m fortunate that I can wait for the item but other may not be able too Website should not state that delivery is in 2 working days if they cannot fulfil this Happy to update my review once item received - currently 16th in queue for the online chat

Was a bit sceptical

Was a bit scepticalOver the christas period snowleader was obviusly swamped with orders got a bit nervous about them taking money and running with it but the item was delivered a bit after I expected it and for a decent price Good stuff

Ordered a new jacket on 28th December

Ordered a new jacket on 28th December arrived week commencing 6th January as informed at point of order Takes a few days for delivery but is coming from France would be happy to use again

Okay so order number 2 this was split into 2 orders ill have to admit I didn t realise this Part 1 turned up last night all good Part 2 is currently stuck with Evri and they haven t updated the delivery 24hours later Took me 2 hours using Snowleader chat email to finally get through via FB chat and be advised my 2nd order was split into 2 So 1 star dropped for all the above
